A new publication from The Youth of Today reveals how we can cultivate young leaders to take the lead and offers young people a five stage plan to support leadership and challenge.

Developed by the National Youth Agency (NYA), the resource will help young people identify issues that are important to them, organise a campaign, challenge decision makers and bring about change. It has been developed through work with young people across the country and builds on the National Youth Agency’s Hear by Right standards and Act by Right practice. It is available as a free download from both The Youth of Today’s website and the NYA’s website.
